On behalf of my wife, while the clinical care and dental staff here are wonderful, the front desk experience is incredibly disappointing. In our experience, the receptionist, Jennifer, comes across as dismissive and consistently lacking in basic customer service skills. 🤦‍♂️ Every interaction feels like an inconvenience to her, and her attitude sets a completely negative tone for the entire practice. A patient's experience begins at the front door, and unfortunately, the current front desk staff makes an otherwise great office feel unwelcoming. I hope management addresses this, as patients deserve to be treated with basic courtesy.

Called to make an appointment as a new patient and was immeadiately put on hold for 10 minutes. Called back and was immeadiately put on hold again. Tried again later and receieved a message saying "the office is now closed" at 1:30 pm in the afternoon. No call backs for follow up. Disappointing.

feel like an old person saying Would do 0 if i could. Starting off i wasn’t sold on this place reviews were mid. I scheduled an appointment in October they sent me a message about a week ago. I confirmed my appointment for today at 2:15. I show up. They tell me they can’t see me today. That’s just unprofessional threw and threw , i had to call off of work i had to drive 40 minutes one way for them to say hey sorry our link didn’t work right we’re not going to be able to see you today.

I called to make an appointment as a new patient - I explained that i was currently seeing a dentist and needed a crow but found out that my current dentist is out of network with my new insurance. They were able to get me an appointment within two weeks. I just finished my consult and crown preparation (which I didn’t expect until my next appointment). Megan and Dr Kapur were excellent! Friendly, professional, and conscious of how I was feeling during the procedure. When so was done, Kayla checked my insurance to be sure I was charged correctly and set up my next appointments. Pleasant experience with great care.

0 stars, if I was allowed, or even negative. I am finally done with this practice. There was a period of a few years where my semi-annual cleanings ended up being scheduled 12+ months apart. My last appointment, they cancelled on me as I was unable to confirm the appointment in the amount of time they wanted me to. I confirmed my appointment almost 3 entire days in advance (their info requests 24 hour notice for cancellations) and when I arrived for the appointment I was informed that it had been cancelled as I had not confirmed it, which was a lie. The ability of this office to be organized leaves a LOT to be desired.
